Our non-hierarchical approach to charity management

The charity, Quakers and Business Group (1157008), is governed by a board of Trustees, who are advised by our Management Committee. This group operates using the Quaker business method, ensuring a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative approach to decision-making.


Our meetings


We meet every month on the second Wednesday at 6pm (GMT) on Zoom. As we believe in non-hierarchical working and social equity our meetings are open to all members and this time was discerned by the members themselves. Each month every member is sent a Zoom invitation welcoming them to attend. Of course they can opt out of this if they want.

We believe in radical transparency, and we would love for you to see what we are all about. Our meetings are open to everyone – whether you are a member, a visitor, or just curious. You will be welcomed with open arms and have a front-row seat to how we put our Quaker business principles into practice. 


Our meetings are a truly unique experience that follow the Quaker business method, including periods of meaningful silence.
