The purpose of the Q&B Group is enshrined in the Objects clause of the Constitution.  This is:

‘to promote Quaker principles particularly in the context of business and the workplace’.

For the sake of completeness this single purpose was an integration of the purposes previously established at the time of Charity Registration in 2002. 

They were:

1. To encourage positive attitudes among Quakers and others towards business and commerce through Education;
   
2. To encourage and support members of the Religious Society of Friends in business;
3. To promote Quaker principles and strengthen the spiritual base for good practice in all business.
